Took Summer to my friend's arena, and hubby snapped some photos. I know I look HORRIBLE in them. My stirrups are too long, I had crappy posture... I was really tired (didn't really eat anything all day) and was working on getting her to bend ect and, well, just didn't pay any attention to my posture... so please, no comments on that ;)

First I want to say how dissapointed I am in this new forum with regards to photos. I uploaded them smaller than I normally do, just for this forum. And yet they are STILL cutting off :( ARGH. So I'm sure you'll miss some heads/butts on my minis... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow, decided I lacked decent photos of many of my minis, and wanted to get some taken before they get too wooly. So here are some of the ones hubby took for me...

Your horses are just so GEORGOUS!!! I'm so glad Summer is working out so well for you and I just love all your minis. They are just too adorable. I'm hoping when we move to our new house we can get a mini horse or two, if my parents will let me.

Hehe, Rolex, here we come? LOL!!!!! We do have a couple local shows coming up in October, that's good enough for me lol!

LOL Well Tucker came to me with a belly, maybe from his prev home... oh wait, just a gelding and non-pregnant mare there... ;) Hopefully we'll be slimming down his belly hehe ;) There's also a mini show (fun show, not AMHA or AMHR) in Oct and I had thought about taking him, but... I'll wait until he's looking a little better before showing him off! LOL

Thanks! :) The more I ride her, the more I love her. If she was so... FAST and STRONG at her canter, she'd be PERFECT :) But that's ok, we're working on it. We're doing lots of circles and transitions, and working on her collection a little at a time. Even though she's fast and strong, she doesn't do anything stupid, and I fell completely fine on her, so that's always good ;)

Oh you definately need a few minis. You can't have just one, they're too addicting ;)

P.S. The mini's are REALLY cute too. My Dad thinks horses are like "big dogs", they always demand attention, so I want to get him a mini and train it to be his "dog."

Thanks! :) Her show name is a funny story. I narrowed it down to two names. One was Rumor Has It, but hubby didn't like that name. I DID, but also like the name Rumor, so I figure it can be a future mini's name, call it Rumor as it's barn name. So I went with my other choice, Imagine That.

Then that same night went to a show, and there was a horse there named Rumor Has It! LOL So I'm glad we didn't go with that, I"m sure we'll show against each other a lot. Her rumor, name Gossip, is a gorgeous dapple grey and they did VERY well. Also a VERY nice lady. I told her the name story :)

Some of my dogs are larger than some of my minis... ;)
