I sure expected major disaproval... but I guess since he was about to leave soon, it was okaaaaay... he came home and went STRAIGHT to them... I went out there and Casi was laying down (sunning herself I guess!) and Craig thought she was in labor ;)

My husband, Mr.NHP, even asked if they had ever foaled!  LOL!

My nhp husband is hooked as well ,he woke up at 4:00 am and i had marestare on and he thought Casi was acting funny so he watched awhile to make sure she was ok. Those pics of Tucker as a foal, you posted somewhere, are the cutest ever!!!!! My internet was down so i figured they'd foal last night

You must mean Tracker baby photos. I do have a Tucker, too, and they're both tiny pinto stallions, but Tracker is the one I've had since a baby, and he is the dad to be if his foals are EVER born! I'll post some more baby photos for fun while we wait on these mares, so check out the brag folder.

The camera that goes to the TV in my bedroom stopped working last night :( And of course, Casi was acting odd... kept biting her sides, swishing her tail violently... and I KNEW it wasn't bugs, the wind was so strong bugs couldn't possibly stay around.... plus I kept going outside to try to fix them cam so I knew no bugs around...

So I slept on the couch! That way I could keep them up on my laptop. Can't put the laptop in the bedroom b/c the battery would die if unplugged all night, but if plugged the cats would eat the cord (they've done it before!) And camera STILL not fixed, we have no clue what the problem is... so it looks like there will be a lot of nights on the couch for me :( Well, we have another bed in another bedroom where Craig's dog sleeps, so maybe I'll move into that room until foaling season over if we can't get the cam to work...

In my so limited experience...  (no mini experience at all!)

tonight she is pacing, sniffing the ground, pinning at the other mare....

are her teats swollen like grapefruit and do you get milk?

Her udder is enlarged, tight, but not total engourged yet. I can express clearish watery fluid. I know, that means she has awhile... but I keep hearing of maidens foaling with less than that... that many get the real milk and real fullness RIGHT before, during, or even after foaling... sigh...

COME ON CASI you are 351 days pregnant as of today (Friday), about to be 352 days! Don't you want to stop looking like you swollowed a beach ball????
