Yup, minis are driven single, pairs, teams, ect... I've always wanted a pair... ;) If you remember Sheik who I used to own, he was a wheel horse in a 6 up hitch! Wish I had a photo!

Yup, Ruby HATES Dazzle next to her. She wasn't thrilled with Casi at first but doesn't mind her most of the time. I guess she'd rather baby be near Casi than Dazzle! I hope she'll get over it soon, she didn't have a problem with Dazzle before. She gets a little worried with me in there, too, but doesn't threaten or anything, just tries to get between us. Baby is scared of me, so I hold her and pet her until she calms down, Ruby is ok with that as long as she can be there and nuzzle her. I hope baby will soon realize I"m good and neck scratches are great! The other two babies know that and LOOOOVE scritches ;)

If I'm repeating this, sorrry ;) But name ideas are welcome! Mom is Landrys Cowboys Diamonds & Rubys, so I was thinking maybe Solitaire or Sapphire. Ruby's sire is Dels Cowboy, a very famous mini. I'd like to use Cowboy in her registered name because of that. If I went with Solitaire she could be CheyAuts Cowboy Diamond Solitaire.... or I guess CheyAuts Cowboy Sapphire... or CheyAuts Cowboy Sapphire Attraction (dad is Late Attraction by Cochise)... or???

That I am! and hubby woke me early today b/c our friend called asking if I still want to buy their trailer... he woke me early for THAT??? sigh..! Three more nights of work then I"m off.. .can't wait for that! ;)

(and yes, I am getting their trailer... it's a 3 horse stock/slant, and was also made mini horse dividers for it, both the big horse and the mini horse dividers are removable... very neat! Just gotta figure out where to park it, I"m keeping my current trailer, too....!)

congrats on all your babies Jessi!! I'm so glad everyone of them are doing so well and are just too cute!!! i love them. sadly mare stare didn't work for me on my work comp, so i can't always see them but i sure love looking at the pics! congrats again and enjoy your days off with your ponies:)

Speaking of which, my best friend wants to buy Solitaire. She doesn't know if her hubby wil allow her to yet or not. She'd board her with me, so she'd still be here... but I'm having a hard time convincing myself to sell her! I know Laura will be an EXCELLENT owner, and having her here would be awesome, but she is so darned cute and I really like her... I planned on keeping her (and Sierra!) but I DO need to sell some horses... just wish Laura had fallen in love with Jackpot! LOL

Well, haulers are generally 50 cents to 1.50 a mile... You could ask around ;) I like Hauled Wright www.hauledright.com and Joe Stark www.starkhavenfarms.com  it doesn't' hurt to get a quote.. you can just tell them you'e thinking of buying a horse, and need a quote on transport.... from New River Az 85087 to you ;)
