He's nice! Compact, well balanced.
The one thing that is unbalancing him is the trim on his feet. His pasterns are not weak. They look like they have plenty of strength and length for a smooth ride. The problem is that the front feet in particular are flared forward...too much toe that has pulled the rest of the hoof forward, out from under his descending weight and taxing his pasterns. A regime of good balanced trims will correct this. His stride will lengthen, feet better concerted, balance improved, along with improvements in conformation.
The toes on his hinds are also long and jamming up the leg. He will stand under himself in the back trying to relieve the toe jamming, which in turn, makes him appear posty legged. Further on up, he will be holding a sem-pelvic tilt position, also to relieve the toes and why he seems steep in the croup. Its all related to the trim and the hoof he is left to land on.

The line coming down the cannon bone and the line at the heel platforms should be the same line. That's how far he is flared forward...out from under his descending weight, creating the pastern angle that does not match the shoulder...pastern getting taxed.
