    My new Virginia digs

As some of ya know, I will be moving from Ohio to Virginia at the end of May.  I was down there last week to check things out and set up some utilities and such and took some pictures. Enjoy! Smile

    Interior of the mobile home:

Kitchen (hole under counter is for the dishwasher):

Living room - down that hallway is the 2nd bathroom and bedroom:

Looking back through the kitchen down the hall where the master bedroom and utilility room arelocated (that's my Mom):

    Utility room:

I didn't take any pics of the bedrooms as there's not much to see, and no pics of the bathrooms because the electricity wasn't on yet and they were just too dark.

Exterior (these were taken on 2 different days, one rainy the other clear):

Right hand side of the front (looking from the mobile home):

    Left side of the front:

Right side of the back (if you look closely you can see the round pen):

    Left side of the back:

The front of the mobile home:

And just for something different, a lady slipper wildflower from the bank below my parent's home:

Blue it looks WONDERFUL and in great shape. I'm sure you will have it looking nice and cozy before you know it. I would recommend getting some sort of skirting up around the bottom to keep critters out though.

Thanks SP! Yep, we will get some skirting on.  The mobile home was only moved in about a week and a half ago, thus no skirting yet. It may take a little while, because right now the skirting is hard to come by probably because of all the tornadoes that have gone through the southern states.

I'm moving to northwest VA and will be sort of in between Blacksburg and Christiansburg.

Thanks everyone!! And it's really awesome that an ES forumer will live pretty close to me and that another will be moving there! Big Smile

I just realized that nobody can really see the round pen in that pic, so I enlarged just that area.  The horse pasture isn't visible, but it is located back behind the round pen. The run-in shed in the pasture is the roof top showing on the bottom far left:

Cool! So, is that big roofed thing yours, too? I'd love to have that.... so many possibilities...
