We still havnt been able to contact the neighbors they keep to themselves. They also own a small failing business downtown. I just learned earlier this month they have a 6-8 year old boy that lives next door also (i've only seen him once but mom sees him walking to and from school everyday (about a mile))
They (neighbors) leave during the day and dont come home till late at night, So unless they can't hear them inside thier house they might not know about the infestation. Although i bet thats highly unlikely
