I know choke is a scarey situation. Fantacy my 29 year old gelding choked 3 or 4 times this spring, when he was being fed Purena Senior feed, we decided to turn it into a mash and the choking stopped for awhile. Once we changed his grain to kent senior he choking has stopped and he's back on dry grain. With fantacy he stops eating grain and turns and faces his stall door (ehich opens to the outside) and hangs his head low to the ground and paws. He has always gotten himself thought his choke

Thanks everyone, as the lady stated yesterday he looks more like a 2 year old then an up and coming year old so he has alot of developing left to do. So i agree with alot more developing i dont want to invest in a saddle that will only work for him for so long, as money is hard to come by. I just wish i had something to work in him besides my english saddle so if he were to pull any little bucks or tricks i would have more stick/stay lol. Looks like i'll be riding him in my english saddle with

Well the saddle is a No go. The lady came out today and looked at it she said the tree is the right size but the tree is twisted/crooked. if you look at it one side is lower then the other which would cause problems. Sooo 25 dollars later i found out i wont pay for a broken saddle that in her opinion would have onyl been worth 350 not 600 that i was going to pay. Also we ended up fitting my english saddle to him till i get a western saddle. she has a memory foam type padding that i bought for 10

You certianly did the right thing. At our boarding barn there is a small pasture that has a wooden fence up by the road, its been normal for the horses to knock down the middle board and slip right out and graze outside their paddock. once the bus driver stopped and honked to let the BO know that a horse was loose. Another time a passer by stopped and came to the BO's door. there was a little black pony across the street in the grape field, we didn't know whose it was and it was getting dark

she had the bottom of the saddle re padded (shoot cant think of the word for it) I rode in it for a few minutes yesterday before realizing i wasnt ready to take riley on a trail ride like planned and took cb instead. The saddle fits better then any of the ones i have tried on him so far. i had to use a really flexible pad, saddle fitter is coming out tomorrow afternoon to fit this one to him. and get her opinion on the saddle., This saddle is actually from an x-boarder whose just down the road now

Any critiques on this one? I went to look at it (sam dropped it off at our barn today so i can see it) some stitching needs replaced on the fenders, nothing major but definatly looks like an older saddle. I have a saddle fitter coming out Tuesday at

We still havnt been able to contact the neighbors they keep to themselves. They also own a small failing business downtown. I just learned earlier this month they have a 6-8 year old boy that lives next door also (i've only seen him once but mom sees him walking to and from school everyday (about a mile)) They (neighbors) leave during the day and dont come home till late at night, So unless they can't hear them inside thier house they might not know about the infestation. Although i bet thats
